Opening Ceremony for Kuk Po Vision

This opening ceremony celebrates and releases to the public a set of revitalisation initiatives the Kuk Po Vision team implemented at the Kai Choi School and the west of the Kuk Po bay area. These initiatives included an exhibition at the Kai Choi School and two art installations (titled “Field Theatre” and “Tidal Stools”). The event was also the first of three public engagement events planned for the project phase, and was followed by a forum session and then a seminar, which were held on 21 May and 9 July respectively. Kuk Po villagers and their families, professionals and as well as members of the public attended the opening ceremony, whose highlights included a Hakka Kei Lun performance by the Luk Chi Fu Martial Arts Federation.
